Hall’s work in this exhibition: Transformation

We know change is inevitable, yet, it frightens us. The mystery, the unknown, the presumed darkness of non-earthly-existence as we know it cripples us. Transformation engages us visually, aesthetically, and spiritually to contemplate that change is not the end of life but its change in form. Inspired by Nancy Klehm’s Sedimentaries (2012), the contents of Hall’s Foundations installation will be added to the compost pile of her garden where it will nourish the soil of future crops.

Over the course of the exhibition, patrons are invited to observe the transformation of everyday matter into its most basic form, which energizes the next phase of existence as we know it.
